This Privacy Policy describes how Parlor City Rock Radio (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or use services from the Site.

Collecting Personal Information

When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your comments, content, and to provide customer service. We may also collect additional information if you submit a comment or subscribe to our email newsletters. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information that can uniquely identify an individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”.

Device information

When you visit the site, we collect information about your device and internet browser such as the version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site in order to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site and provide better products and services for our customers. This information is collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.

How We Collect Information

Opt-In Newsletter and Contact Forms

When you subscribe to our email newsletter and confirm your subscription by clicking the confirmation link in the confirmation email we send you, we may collect your name, email address, and device IP address. If you create a user account, we associate your subscription with your website account which includes the information about the devices you are using.

Music Submission Form (Google Forms)

‍Parlor City Rock Radio uses Google forms to collect information necessary for musicians to submit music to be played on our Internet radio station. Information provided is stored in secure and encrypted servers owned by Google. Parlor City Rocks deletes data from the Google servers and stored on local hard drives only accessible by Parlor City Rock Radio. Music Players

Parlor City Rock Radio streams its station through Live365 music streaming services which collects analytics information and device information necessary for reporting for the purpose of music royalties collections. The station is also distributed through it’s website and third party services such as Amazon, android and IOS apps, and other music services. The players on the Site are displayed in frames hosted by Live365 for which Parlor City Rock Radio does not control. Read more about the information collected by Live365.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site. We use a number of different cookies, including functional, performance, advertising, and social media or content cookies. Cookies make your browsing experience better by allowing the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login and region selection). This means you don’t have to re-enter this information each time you return to the site or browse from one page to another. Cookies also provide information on how people use the website, for instance whether it’s their first time visiting or if they are a frequent visitor.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal Information to provide our services to you, which includes:

  • Keeping you up to date on new products and services.
  • Playing song requests on Parlor City Rock Radio
  • Play music and musician/band information submitted by artists or bands that submit their music and contact information to us.

From time to time, Parlor City Rock Radio may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from Parlor City Rock Radio, you may opt out of such communications by Clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link in the you received email.

Sharing of Personal Information

Parlor City Rock Radio does not sell Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”). We will share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example, we use Live365 to stream our radio station to you, and they collect information to be used for generating radio advertising statistical report generation and usage data.

We may store your data on servers provided by trusted third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted who assist us in providing services including storing and managing content, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and information such as providing email newsletter management, customer service, and integrations of third-party Services.

These third-party service providers will have access to Personal Information needed to perform their functions and will not be permitted to use it for other purposes. These trusted third parties will be required to ensure the integrity and security of the Personal Information provided to them. We may use service providers located outside of the United States and, if applicable, your Personal Information may be processed and stored in other countries and may be subject to disclosure under the laws of those countries.

‍We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

‍Behavioral Advertising & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to help us understand how people use the Site, to improve our service offerings to you, and provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

Information that may be collected includes your device and browser information, ip address, pages you visit and activity on the Site, demographic (such as age, location, household income, interests) and other information that may help use learn more about your interests and preferences.

Right to Deletion

Parlor City Rock Radio reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
